Our Shipping Standards
At LaDeDa Le Salon, every order is prepared with precision and care. We package all items thoughtfully to preserve product integrity and presentation from our studio to your doorstep.
Order Preparation
In-stock merchandise is typically dispatched within one to two business days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times of elevated demand.
Once an order has been submitted, shipping selections cannot be altered.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Shipping options are selected at checkout and fulfilled through major U.S. carriers. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
LaDeDa Le Salon is not responsible for delays, routing errors, weather interruptions, or other carrier-related disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking information is emailed once your package leaves our facility. Clients are responsible for monitoring delivery status and ensuring a secure delivery location.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All shipments are insured. For select high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
If delivery is attempted and missed, it is the recipient’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the carrier. Packages returned due to non-acceptance may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Discrepancies
If tracking reflects delivery but the package cannot be located:

Check with neighbors or building management.
LaDeDa Le Salon is not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. We will assist with documentation for carrier claims when applicable; however, replacement is not guaranteed.
Inventory Availability
On rare occasions, inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be promptly notified and offered either a store credit or cancellation.
Certain professional and specialty items may have extended restock timelines based on manufacturer supply.
Complimentary Additions
From time to time, we may include curated sample selections to complement your order.
Sample inclusion is discretionary and based on availability. Complimentary items carry no monetary value and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Professional serums are not distributed in sample format. Trial sizes are available for select formulations.
Returns & Store Credit Policy
Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our skincare offerings, all product purchases are considered final saleunless otherwise specified below.
We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
Limited Eligibility for Store Credit
A request for store credit may be considered only if:

Submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery

The product remains unopened and factory sealed

Original packaging and documentation are included

The item passes inspection upon return
Any product that has been opened, tested, altered, or tampered with will not qualify.
Approval of store credit remains solely at our discretion.

To request review for store credit:

If approved, return instructions will be issued. Items must be shipped within five (5) business days of approval.
Store credit, when granted, excludes original shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Transit Damage
If a shipment arrives visibly compromised, photograph the package immediately before opening and contact us within three (3) business days.
Retain all packaging materials as carrier documentation may be required.
Product Concerns
If you believe an item is defective or leaking:

Retain the product for review
Minor seepage beneath caps may occur due to pressure changes during shipment and does not automatically indicate defect.
Incorrect Shipment
If an incorrect product was received, notify us within three (3) business days with photographic confirmation. Upon verification, we will provide return instructions and correct the shipment.

We are not responsible for:
